If this transaction was made by someone else without your permission:
If you are concerned that your card has been compromised, please freeze your card immediately to prevent any unauthorised payments. Go to the Cards tab --> find your card and tap on Freeze.
If you think your card has been used fraudulently, please notify us with an explanation and a filed police report in order for us to start an investigation.
If your card has been lost or stolen, please report it as lost/stolen.
