How to freeze/unfreeze a lost or stolen card

Has your card recently been lost or stolen. We would like you to freeze your card while we look into it for you.

 

In order to freeze your card, navigate to the Cards tab under the home section of the app. Simply tap on the card in question and tap on freeze card. 

 

There we go, you card has been frozen and no one can transact on it or try to do anything funny on it. If you manage to find it you can reactivate it by unfreezing your card by tapping on Unfreeze Card.
