When you are logged into your profile we allow you to change your unique passcode without ever having to visit a branch.
How do I change my passcode?
In order to start, go into your Profile view icon and scroll down to Security & Privacy. Click on Change Passcode in order to move into the change passcode flow.
You will then be sent an OTP to your registered mobile number. Input the unique code SMS'd to you. The next prompt will explain the biometric authentication process for you. Next -->
Take a selfie and ensure that:
- Take the photos somewhere brightly lit
- Make sure your background is a single color
- Ensure your face is in the defined guide
Should you pass the biometric match, you will then be allowed to create your new passcode and confirm it.
Easy as that!
